Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates:
- Standard (US): $5.00 — 3–5 business days
- Express (US): $15.00 — 1–2 business days
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $70
- International: calculated at checkout

Lost or delayed packages: If your package is delayed beyond 15 business days after shipping, email support@faithgoneviral.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
